Jeongmin Oak is an emerging collaborative pianist from South Korea whose artistry reflects both sensitivity and versatility. She is currently in McGill-UdeM Piano-Vocal Arts Residency, based in Montréal, Canada.
Actively engaged as a pianist and coach, she has participated in numerous opera productions, including Le nozze di Figaro, Ariadne auf Naxos (Prologue), Dido and Aeneas, Dialogues des Carmélites, Carmen, Ainadamar, and The Rape of Lucretia. A 2024 Vocal Piano Fellow at the Music Academy of the West, she was also a 2025 participant in the Vocal Collaboration and Instrumental Collaboration Programs at the Aspen Music Festival and School.
She has earned degrees from the Eastman School of Music, where she studied with Dr. Andrew Harley, and from Seoul National University under Prof. Minjung Lee. Her performances have been featured on WQXR Radio through the Gerda Lissner Foundation Presents, representing the Eastman School of Music.
